Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Crypto refunds are issued at the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction. Credit card refunds will appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances: opened vials, products stored improperly after delivery, or products purchased during a sale or promotional event.
